The John Greene Society (JGS) is a research club specifically designed to inform dental students about research opportunities available at UCSF. The JGS holds several meetings each quarter and sponsors an elective during winter quarter, inviting guest researchers to present their interests and research pursuits to students. The JGS provides workshops for students to educate them on research grant opportunities, information on developing grant proposals, and creating poster presentations.
